Refund policy
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a free prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All approved returns are shipped free of charge, and no restocking fees will be applied.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@ninaclair.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item once your return is accepted.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not currently categorize any items as “final sale.”
However, for health and safety reasons, certain personal or custom items may be excluded from return if specifically stated on the product page.
6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
As above, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
