Jacqueline is an HR consultant, recruiter and professional coach. Throughout her career she has worked for industry-leading brands from Fortune 500 companies to tech start-ups, across a variety of industries such as luxury retail, luxury hospitality, professional services and technology.
In 2020, Jacqueline started her own HR Consulting firm, specializing in recruiting and outplacement. With a passion for helping fast-growing technology companies, she completed the Innovation Governance Program (iGP), an executive leadership certification that prepares directors to serve on the boards of emerging tech firms. She has coached and consulted for a variety of independent and corporate clients including various tech start-ups across Canada and the United States. In these roles, Jacqueline has led initiatives, coached leaders, and sourced top-tier talent with her strong dedication to client service and results.
After moving her business from Canada to the U.S. in 2024, Jacqueline grew her HR Consulting firm, JVG Strategies LLC. When it came to onboarding and coaching methods, she noticed that the 90-day goal setting method consistently delivered the best results for her clients and leaders. Loving both planning and personal growth, she began applying the same structure in her own life and saw how powerful it was for achieving meaningful progress. Believing that goals are built through habits and how we use our time each day, she created her ideal planner based on this method. It's now a tool she now uses daily and has chosen to share with the world. Coming from a corporate background, Jacqueline also has a deep love for creativity and living an intentional life. Nina Clair was born as the bridge between her professional expertise and her creative spirit.
